Granville Eco Park

The largest facility of its kind in N.Ireland, Granville Eco Park are proud to be creating valuable, renewable products from food waste. Working in tandem with Granville Energy Supply, Granville Eco Park is an exemplar of the AD circular model in action.

Granville EcoPark use pressurised trailers to transport biomethane to numerous CHP units across Northern Ireland. The biomethane is used for customers to fuel their manufacturing process and also tops up the depleting gas on landfill sites, extending the life cycle of the CHP units.

Customers use the fuel station to power their vehicles with the biomethane created from the food waste they deliver, creating a circular economy that additionally reduces costs and helps customers achieve their sustainability targets.
