A Collaboration Between Adnams Brewery & Bio Capital:
Powering Tomorrow, Together.
Explore our plans and share your thoughts.
Adnams Brewery faces the challenge of managing their brewery waste sustainably. This facility will help manage waste locally, supporting Adnams' green fleet of HGVs and reducing environmental impact.
With climate change a pressing issue, Suffolk’s Climate Emergency declaration highlights the need for better food waste management. The AD site will enable the local community to comply with regulations mandating food waste segregation and processing.
The UK is moving toward stricter regulations on food waste collection and disposal. The rebuilt AD facility will be essential in meeting these regulatory requirements locally and provide a solution.
We understand that community concerns are important. Here’s how we’re addressing them:
We want to hear from you! If you have any questions or feedback, please submit them via our enquiry form.
View our 3D render. We’ve worked hard to ensure the design integrates seamlessly into the local landscape.
Traffic patterns will be carefully studied to minimise impact.
A full landscape assessment will be completed.
Advanced odour management technology will ensure that the site operates without causing any issues for the community.
AD is one of the most sustainable waste management options, producing renewable energy and biofertiliser, while reducing methane emissions from landfill.
Thank you for your interest in the Adnams and Bio Capital AD site redevelopment. This project is a critical step toward creating a sustainable future for Suffolk.
