Simpler Recycling?

New Simpler Recycling legislation came into force in England on 31 March, and affects all businesses and workplaces with 10 or more full-time employees.

The second phase comes into force on 31 March 2026.

We’re working with a number of local authorities and businesses throughout the UK to support them in deriving value from their food waste to meet their sustainability targets.
