Year-on-Year Record Energy Generation

In the fight against climate change, the transition to clean energy is crucial.

As the UK’s leading anaerobic digestion business, this is something each of us at Bio Capital are contributing to every single day as we transform how food waste is managed.

This hard work, commitment and passion has seen Bio Capital achieve year-on-year record energy generation every year since 2021.

In 2024, we produced over 645,000MWth of green power across our plants. That’s enough power to provide electricity to over 100,000 UK households, or to all the households in a city approximately the size of Southampton or Wigan!

Delivering sustained growth, offering nationwide solutions delivered by a team of talented people, and with more and more partnerships with local authorities and businesses throughout the UK, this is only the beginning!
